The world we have is staying the way it is, it's going to be the guest world, nothing destroyed. Members + world is a new seed and a fresh start! You can take your inventory between worlds just like the end or nether

Just going to say this:
1) you will not lose your builds
2) you will not lose your inventory
3) it will be the same ip
4) to get there it will most likely be a /warp
5) the end and nether will be the same. There is no new nether or end.
