By the way, remember to make books now, as it takes more resources to make them in 1.3.

Nope, a book with writing is a book and quill, a normal book is not. You can't make librarys out of these books sorry.

I think the 'rule book' idea is a good idea, its like a tour guide to opticraft in a book that people can read through whilst cooking stuff ect.
