Making a town a city?

I'm sure a few of you have seen my town, but I want it to grow into a massive city.

Do you guys have any ideas for the place? I'm already working on a landmark.

Well n my town, Leolo i give free 6x6 plots for free and give u a free diamond for joining my city. But i hav a ton of diamond blocks, so that prob not a option (i do sell diamonds)

Well my town has a few skyscrapers, and I don't want others building in there because the buildings are all the same style and I don't want pèople building differently to the rest of the surroundings.
