Live Map------> Death Map

The live map didn't refresh even after 5 days. :-\ I know you are aware of the situation but I want to show my friend our city via live map but I can't now. Can someone inform me about the situation like when will the live map refresh and will it turn back to normal? Thanks :D

PS: Should this be in the support section? I couldn't decide
