Tree Replanting Mod?

I've seen entire biomes wiped clean of trees, and what annoyed me is that they don't replant.

I've also been on a server where when a tree is cut down, I sappling is planted in its place, and I think that this mod could solve the problem.

What do you think?

Right basically people keep chopping trees down, entire biomes of trees but the tree replanting mod could stop the land becoming a waste, as there is nothing left. The mod would plant a sappling in a trees place when it is chopped down, so there is always trees there and the land does not go to waste.

First of all, it is a survival server.
So, these are the first materials for the players.
I expect that everyone that gets wood from bioms or forests, plants the salpings back to the place he found the tree.
Moreover, MODs, are not allowed to generate items. This is ability of OP+.
MODs can recover the biom if they consider it is grief, which is impossible, because this is the reason the forests exist.

He may have meant a modification to the system. Not an actual player moderator.
If it means that much to you you could collect saplings and find wasteland biomes and mass plant.
