No, there are good and friendly players who should get it within 3 weeks, and idiots who never deserve trusted. This is just a massive generalisation. You need to look at each case individually.

I believe that 3 months is a good period.
But, giving the trusted rank within 5,10,20 days someone is around or in mumble, just destroys the meaning of trusted.

You'd be surprised that people can learn about other people easily through vocal conversation
