Safe to update to 1.4.6

As the title says, you can now upgrade to 1.4.6

Disguisecraft is broken, so mob disguises will be temporarily disabled. Should be back online soon as possible!

Our MobDisguise's current version isn't compatible with 1.4.6 yet, if you are referring to that.
