I know this has been suggested before but I think that there should be an emerald protection stone and what it could do is. It could protect an area that is a 61x61 I know rich people could go ham and buy a bunch. But the reason I thought of this is because there are some buildings that are too small to qualify for a city ps but buildings that are still pretty big. And I with that I leave you with opticraft or as I say opti :)

Well, If your thinking Redstone Ore.
It can not be done, because redstone Is a reserved Ore. and that covers 81x81.
If they ever need a new Protection stone It will be a redstone ore.
-
Why not introduce redstone ores then? Or re-introduce them? That would be BEAST!
-
pretty sure this has been suggested before. I never understood the purpose of bigger sized stones though anything bigger than 55x55 would most likely be qualified for project protection if the quality of the build is high enough of course

It would be beast
And btw your Sig creeps the heck out of me.

We can make the size whatever we want it to be.

Oh, really?
Cool! Make my Dia. Protection stones 1000x1000 :P

No I don't mean redstone I mean emerald and this would be for biuldings that are big bur are too small for a city ps
-
Just use a few diamond ores then. Anything bigger than diamond ore could be easily abused, imho.
-
If we're gonna add another PStone, it will be the redstone ore, and it will be, at default, twice the size of Diamond (81x81x81).
As nick said, PStone sizes can be adjusted, so you can make a lapis pstone become 15x15x15 if you wanted to-- you don't HAVE to stick with the defaults (which are considered the maximum radii for each of the respective PStones).
This thread (http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,7472.0.html) should shed some light on how that works.

I have an addon. Wut if there was a custom ore and you placed 2 and in the middle it was the area. It tellls you dimensions, cost, and total blocks b and you can type /yes to accept the protection.
-
You totally stole that idea from chief haha :P his went into better detail btw
haha

Was hoping for that reaction.
-
they should introduce the redstone ore protection stone and an emerald protection stone. the redstone should protect an area a inbetween lapiz and diamond and the emerald PS should protect an area of 61x61
-
U realize u can set the size of your protection stone with a limit of how ever big the protection is

Not quite, you can only make the field smaller. like a coal PS is default to 11x11 but you could change it to 3x3 if you wished
-
I feel like buying 20-or-so coal stones and putting them in an ore-ish shape, setting them 1x1.
JUST KIDDING
-
Guys, please keep this on topic.

Was just rephrasing what you said and giving a physical example
