Support / internal exception: java.net.sockettimeoutexception: read timed out

when i enter the server the world dont load completly and i can only see a small part of the world, then i get up this message: internal exception: java.net.sockettimeoutexception: read timed out
 is there anything i can do to fix this? please help me :(
