Title: Belated Top Voters September

Apologies for the delays. Due to being almost two weeks late, I am increasing the reward for the top three for September by $15 each, approximately a dollar for each day this has been delayed. This means that first will recieve $45 this month, 2nd $35 and third $25.

Don't do that to him-- he's not going to 'purposefully' make the same accident he did for last month.
