price medium: $100 a week $1000 to buy plot
price big: $200 a week $2000 to buy a plot

There is a shop, a tunnel to an 2 floors auto wheat farm, and a citisens only nether portal. There is now also citisen farmland to make there own farm.
(the portal comes in someones house but you can still go trew it)
