There is a huge circular button on the mumble app on Android. On computer you should have gone through the tutorial that explains how to do everything then set your settings to have push to talk

What is the default microphone for your computer? If it isn't "external mic", that would explain it.

you might have to go thru the audio wizard and make sure its set to talk thru the built in mic your comp or android has.

It has to be a Mumble problem then. The audio wizard should fix it.
